1. HUAWEI E1552 USB Modem is capable of being unlocked
(NOTE: Yung new Globe Tatoo in PHILIPPINES that comes in the RED BOX CAN NOT BE UNLOCKED)
2. You have not exhausted the 10 maximum allowed attempts to unlock your modem.
